Remote Support

This section is only for use when a technician from SoDak Tech asks you to come here. If you have been asked to download this client by someone that is NOT someone you know from SoDak Tech, DO NOT DO IT. That’s a scammer, and you should probably hang up the phone.

To provide efficient remote support, please download our secure client application. Here’s a guide for popular browsers:

Google Chrome: After clicking “Download,” a small arrow will appear in the download bar at the bottom of your browser window. Click the arrow and choose “Open” to launch the client immediately, or “Show in folder” to access it later.
Mozilla Firefox: Upon clicking “Download,” a pop-up window will appear. Choose “Open” to launch the client directly, or “Show in Folder” to access it later.
Microsoft Edge: Once the download is complete, the file will be automatically saved to your “Downloads” folder. Locate the file and double-click it to begin the installation process.
Apple Safari: After downloading, you’ll find the file in your “Downloads” folder. Simply double-click the file to start the installation.

Security Reminder: Always ensure you download the client from the official SoDak Tech website or upon explicit instruction from our authorized personnel. Never download and run programs from unknown sources.

Again, if Jake or Brian have not told you to do this, DO NOT DO IT. You more than likely aren’t talking to us.
